This is a full-length instructional class on the Line Dance called The Wobble. Each step is detailed out and includes multiple angles and demonstrations of the dance along with fun variations to the basic line dance.

MORE HISTORY
This line dance was choreographed in the mid 1990s by Butterball's Posse and the late Dave Bush Jr.(Godfather of Line Dance). During that time it was titled NASTY GIRL. Then in 2009 Jeremy Strong of Texas changed the name AND paired it with the tune THE WOBBLE by V.I.C. From then on it became known as the Wobble and has since become one of the most widely performed line dances in America. It’s a staple at many weddings, family affairs or night clubs

THE STEPS
Start after 24 counts
HOP FORWARD RIGHT-LEFT AS YOU ROLL YOUR HANDS UP IN THE AIR, HOP BACK RIGHT-LEFT AS YOU ROLL YOUR HANDS DOWN
&1&2&3&4 Hop forward right, left (shoulder width apart) as you roll your hands over each other facing the sky
&5&6&7&8 Hop back right, left as you roll yours hands below waist level.
STEP RIGHT, BOUNCE AS YOU LOOK LEFT. ROLL YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR, REPEAT ON LEFT SIDE
&1&2&3&4 Lean and bounce on your right as you roll your hands over each other facing left
&5&6&7&8 Lean and bounce on your left as you roll your hands over each other facing right
ROCK STEP, COASTER STEP, ROCK STEP, COASTER STEP
1-2 Rock right forward, recover to left
3&4 Right coaster step
5-6 Rock left forward, recover to right
7&8 Left coaster step
QUARTER TURN RIGHT, WALKING STEP
1& As you turn ¼ left, step right to side, lift left up into not quite a hitch
2& Set left down, lift right up
3& Set right down, lift left up
4& Set left down, lift right up
5& Set right down, lift left up
6& Set left down, lift right up
7& Set right down, lift left up
8& Set left down
